The Implication

As a 30 year old in an economy where real estate is a solid buyer's market, I literally get harassed weekly from a friend or family member about buying a place.  I agree, time to invest and not rent anymore.  Always Sunny In Philadelphia is one of the most under-rated shows right now that not many people I know watch.  I've seen every episode and was catching a repeat tonight and realized that I am going to buy a boat and live on it due to the philosophy outlined in the video below (The Implication):
